A brief History

 “Business is like a game of chess – you need to strategize, make bold moves, and hope your opponent doesn’t realize you have no idea what you’re doing.” 

You might start to realize that some of the content on the website is relaxed, or not so serious…well that is because Toby Larocque helped write quite a bit of it.

Toby Larocque graduated from the University of Santa Barbara California in the year 2000 with a degree in economics and an emphasis in finance and a second degree in Spanish.  

Since then he has been a serial entrepreneur, family man above all, expert in Dad Jokes, and potentially the greatest self proclaimed fisherman of all times.   

After Graduating College Mr Larocque founded a multitude of businesses from FireFly Imports in Santa Barbara, CA, to PV Marlin in Puerto Vallarta Mexico, to Killer Filter in Kaysville Utah, NebuCore in Salt Lake City Utah and later MagBay Lures, Bost Lures, Tuna Tails and Fish Down Sea Brands that he continues to operate today successfully under the shelter of Mexus 4PL.  

His experience in Mexico since childhood, his passion to succeed as an entrepreneur, and his drive to help other entrepreneurs succeed as well is what makes such an addition to Mexus 4PL.
